Classes

Key Information

• Our classes are suitable for children from 4 years of age and adults of all ages can attend - there is no upper age limit for adults.

• Beginners are always welcome - no experience necessary.

• Beginners will need to wear comfortable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt.

• Training is barefoot and no jewellery can be worn during class.

• Exams /gradings and competitions are held regularly throughout the year.
